RUBBER CONCRETE IS A MATERIAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DURABLE HIGHWAYS

Abstract
The characteristics of rubber concrete, a composite material based on road cement concrete with the addition of rubber crumb obtained from recycled car tires, are considered. The studies determined its physical and mechanical properties, such as strength, frost resistance, fatigue resistance, and deformation characteristics, and also conducted an analysis of performance indicators, which demonstrated an increase in the service life of rubber concrete road surfaces by 50-100% and a reduction in transport noise levels by 6 dB(A). The technological aspects of production and economic efficiency have also been studied, showing a reduction in the cost of the road surface life cycle by up to 60%. Special attention has been paid to the environmental benefits of this technology, related to the recycling of worn-out tires.

PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF DISPERSED REINFORCED SULFUR CONCRETE IN TRANSPORT CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
The analysis of modern studies of physical and mechanical characteristics of seroconcrete modified by various additives, including dispersed reinforcement with fibers, is carried out. The production technologies, processes of structure formation and rheological properties of seroconcrete mixtures are considered. Special attention is paid to the advantages of seroconcrete, including its high chemical resistance, accelerated hardening and the possibility of using industrial waste. The results of tests of strength characteristics of dispersed-reinforced seroconcrete are presented, the prospects of its application in transport infrastructure are considered.

MODIFYING POLYMER ADDITIVES FOR ASPHALT CONCRETE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD NETWORK IN LARGE CITIES OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract
The article discusses the development of polymer modifiers for asphalt concrete used in paving difficult sections of the road network of large cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main attention is paid to the use of a hybrid composition of plastomers and a dispersion of thermoelastomers to increase the durability and operational reliability of road surfaces. The results of physico-mechanical and rheological studies have shown that the modification of bitumen with a hybrid composition improves its elastic-viscous properties, increasing shear stability and reducing residual creep at high temperatures. This allows you to expand the temperature range of the asphalt concrete coating and increase its durability.

THE MAIN STAGES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DOMESTIC CONTINUOUSLY WELDED RAIL TRACK

Abstract
The evolution of technologies is considered — from the first welded rail strings to the development of ultra-long continuously welded rails, comparable in length to track sections. Five conditional stages of implementation are described, each marked by overcoming specific technical and regulatory challenges: ensuring track stability at high temperatures, preventing rail creep, and relieving excessive thermal stresses. Particular attention is paid to the critique of outdated static calculation methods based on bench testing, and the necessity of accounting for dynamic train loads in modern standards is substantiated. Conceptual differences in calculation and track maintenance approaches are highlighted, and promising directions for improving the efficiency of continuously welded rail track are proposed, based on the introduction of new superstructure elements: R58 rails, lightweight reinforced concrete sleepers, and bolt-free fasteners.

ON THE PROBLEMS OF PRICING AND ESTIMATED RATIONING IN DETERMINING THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSPORT FACILITIES

Abstract
The existing procedure for forming the estimated cost of construction has, as practice shows, a number of serious drawbacks that cause significant human and time costs in determining the estimated cost itself, complicate the process of organizing the construction of transport facilities due to inaccurate cost determination. In this article, the author considers the shortcomings of the existing procedure for the formation of the estimated cost of construction and related issues of construction organization. Proposals have been formulated to solve the existing problems of pricing and estimated rationing in determining the cost of construction of transport facilities.
