Abstract:
Against the background of the development of high-speed railway traffic in the countries leading in this field, the present state and prospects of developments in this field in the Russian Federation are shown. The results for the last five years, including in the field of normative documentation, the state of design works, and the prospects for the near future are considered.

JOINT WORK OF RUSSIAN AND CHINESE METRO BUILDERS ON MOSCOW'S UNDERGROUND TRANSPORT CONSTRUCTION SITES

Abstract:
In March 2023 The Great Ring Line was put into operation in Moscow. The general designer and general contractor of the line was Mosinzhproekt, and CRCC Rus LLC took part in the construction. CRCC Rus LLC constructed 11 tunnels of the South-Western and Eastern sections of the Great Ring Line under the existing metro stations, under motorways, under railway tracks, the Nagatinsky flood of the Moscow River, and the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve; 6 tunnels of the Kommunarskaya line, including under the main underground communications and urban motorways - the Moscow Ring Road and the Kaluga Highway. The article shows in detail the experience of Mosinzhproekt and CRCC Rus in the construction of underground transport infrastructure facilities in Moscow.

PECULIARITIES OF ASSESSING THE IMPACT OF NEW CONSTRUCTION ON THE OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF METRO STRUCTURES

Abstract:
In connection with the growing volumes of new construction of metro facilities in the metropolis, their influence on the operational reliability of existing structures is considered. Criteria of this indicator are defined. Their analysis is given. The necessity of additional measures to reduce the impact of new construction on the existing metro structures, the importance of repairing or strengthening their elements that are in a limited serviceable technical condition, the development of technical requirements for the implementation of the new construction project with guaranteed operational reliability of the metro is shown. Sufficiency of requirements of normative documents for assessment of new construction impact, necessity to define in profile normative documents maximum permissible values and their sources, as well as requirements for geotechnical calculations are noted.

INVESTIGATION OF CRACKING DURING THE MANUFACTURE OF MONOLITHIC REINFORCED CONCRETE BRIDGE STRUCTURES

Abstract:
The reasons of cracking in concrete at the stage of construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures are investigated. Examples of thermophysical calculations illustrating the necessity of development of defect-free modes of conditioning of monolithic reinforced concrete bridge structures are given. Theoretical analysis of the causes of cracking is given. Recommendations on its overcoming are formulated.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING OF BRIDGE STRUCTURES MADE OF ULTRA-HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL-FIBRE CONCRETE AT THE OPERATION STAGE

An overview of the use of non-destructive methods for testing concrete on samples is presented: 3-meter beams made of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) B130 and concrete B35 with a filler UHPFRC B120; control methods, equipment used, and problems identified are described.

EQUIVALENT CONICITY IN THE WHEEL-RAIL INTERACTION PROBLEM AND METHODS OF ITS MEASUREMENT

Abstract:
The various methods used to determine the equivalent taper, which is an important parameter in describing the interaction between wheel and rail, affecting the stability and safety of rolling stock, are reviewed. The importance of understanding the equivalent taper is emphasised. The world and domestic experience of estimation of equivalent taper is described and attempts are made to determine the ways of further research in order to create a domestic standard formalizing the methodology of taper determination and normalizing the value of this parameter. The presented information can help to improve safety and productivity of rolling stock at the stage of design and operation.
