Improving the efficiency of road construction project management with using information modeling technology

Abstract
This article discusses two areas of BIM integration – digital information models (DIM) and the common data environment (CDE). As an example of CDE, the domestic software product Pilot-BIM is considered.

Repair of roadbed sidewalks of bridge structures with heavy-duty steel-fiber concrete

Abstract
The survey of bridge structures in Magadan region and Transbaikal Territory is carried out. The main defects occurring on cement concrete pavements of the roadbed and existing repair methods are presented. The necessity of repair of cement-concrete roadbed pavements with superstrong steel-fiber concrete is substantiated.

Keywords

Experimental studies on protection of earth bed slopes from erosion: the use of geosynthetic materials

Abstract
There are different ways to protect the earth bed from erosion. The article considers the use of geosynthetic materials, which are widely used in the world practice. It also considers the method of biological protection by planting of desert vegetation to protect the railroad subgrade in the desert areas of Uzbekistan. The results of experimental studies are given.

Justification of the values of specific adhession of stabilized soils for calculating road pavements under dynamic loads

Abstract
In the practice of pavement design for many years there has been a problem with the application of part of the provisions of the normative regulators: GOST R 71404-2024 and PNST "Public Automobile Roads. Design of Rigid Pavements" suggest considering the option of stabilizing the upper part of the roadbed when developing design solutions to ensure the required strength of the roadbed. At the same time, the standards do not provide the values of the calculated characteristics of stabilized soils and it remains unclear how to calculate this type of pavement. The article continues a series of publications with proposals aimed at implementing the possibility of designing road pavements on stabilized soils of the roadbed. An analytical method is presented for substantiating the calculated values of specific adhesion of cohesive soils stabilized together with cement under repeatedly applied loads.

Keywords
design characteristics, sands, calculation of pavements, specific adhesion, stabilized soils

Features of calculating flexible pavement structures using non-standard loads

Abstract
The article analyzes the methods of calculation of non-rigid pavements, with emphasis on the use of design loads, which may differ from the normative ones. The key aspects related to the need to take into account the value of contact pressure arising on the pavement surface under the influence of the wheel of the design vehicle are considered. Recommendations are given for adjusting design parameters depending on specific operating conditions and vehicle type, which contributes to improving the accuracy and reliability of the results of engineering calculations.

Keywords

Increasing operational safety of rigid coatings

Abstract
During long-term operation of the airfield pavement it is subjected to many defects that require repair. The choice of repair technology depends on many factors, but the problem of improving its quality remains relevant. Special attention is paid to the adjoining of repair inserts to the pavement structure, where defects often occur. To study this phenomenon, a mathematical experiment was conducted, which confirmed the concentration of stresses in the corners of repair inserts. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion was made about the influence of imperfect design solutions on the quality of repair. It is proposed to change the shape of the repair insert, which will improve the stress state of the slab and increase the reliability of the pavement.

Keywords
airfield pavement defects; repair insert; stress state of the repaired slab

Causes of depressurization of expansion joints in cement concrete pavements

Abstract
The analysis of the operational and technical condition of airfield cement concrete pavements of civil airfields is presented. The main attention is paid to the causes of joint sealing failure. The loss of design quality indicators of sealants at different stages of their life cycle is also assessed.

Influence of different conditions on rheological properties of bitumen during cold asphalt concrete production

Abstract
The results of the study of rheological characteristics of bitumen binder containing plasticizer when it is used in the production of cold asphalt concrete mixes are presented. Modeling of binder preparation processes using RTFOT furnace made it possible to study the change of plasticizer content in bitumen at different temperatures. It was found that heating of the binder above 130 °C leads to nonlinear changes in its rheological properties, including dynamic viscosity, which, accordingly, affects the quality of cold asphalt concrete. The obtained data have practical significance for optimization of bituminous binder heating conditions and reduction of production costs.
